Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for whatever reason. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned to the address below:

We will endeavour to get all good to the customer in the best condition possible. We will only exchange or refund products that we deem to be not fit for consumption. If the product is just not liked, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
If you receive items in poor condition, or believe for any reason they are not of the best quality, please inform us as soon as possible on email@example.com or 01473 284004.
Refunds will only be given on bottles that are damaged, or in which the contents are spoiled and un-drinkable.
Refunds will be processed once receipt of items has been made at the return address above.
