A brilliantly golden yellow ale. Packed with Cascade hops for a great floral and citrus flavour.
One of our first golden beers we made. The recipe hasn’t changed too much either, a good helping of Cascade hops, and then packed with Jester and Olicana.
Usage Instructions
Please allow our mini-kegs to settles for 24 hours before use, ideally in a place where they can be poured with minimal disturbance.
When using, please lift the vent cap at the top of the keg, and fully extend the tap spout.
When not in use, to keep fresh for as long as possible, close the vent cap at the top.
Mini-kegs start their shelf life of 2-3 days once opened. Until this time, they can be stored in cool dry place up until the Best Before Date.
