Where can I purchase tickets for the 33rd Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival?
Tickets can be purchased in advance for the Ipswich Beer and Cider festival, directly from their website – ipswichbeerandciderfestival.co.uk.
The festival will take place at St Clement’s Church between Thursday 27 and Sunday 30 July. Day tickets and weekend tickets are available to purchase.

We are open every Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Monday

Will you be serving food?
Yes, we will be operating a food menu, which will be served until 9:00pm Tuesday to Sunday.
Are children allowed in the venue?
Yes – until 9pm
Are dogs allowed in the venue?
Yes, we allow well behaved dogs as long as they are kept on a lead.
Can I purchase your beer to enjoy at home?
Yes, you can. Simply visit the shop page on our website, browse the products available and add your preferred beer into the cart. You can shop our range of bottles of mini-kegs; however, please note, you can only purchase our bottles in mixed cases of six.
There is a flat shipping rate across the UK of £5.99. However, if you live within a ten-mile radius of the Briarbank, we offer free delivery, which is made every Wednesday. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange to collect your order.
I live within the ten-mile free delivery radius; when will I receive my order?
We currently deliver every Wednesday. All orders placed before midnight on Tuesday will be included in our Wednesday delivery schedule. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following Wednesday.
I live outside the ten-mile free delivery radius. Can I still order?
Yes. If you live outside the ten-mile free delivery radius, you can still place an order. There is a flat shipping rate of £5.99. Deliveries made before 12pm will be dispatched the same day for overnight shipping every Monday to Thursday.
You could also arrange to collect your order directly from the brewery. Just follow the checkout process and select the pre-arranged collection. Then, make sure you email us at brewing@isaaclord.org to arrange your collection.
Can I order for someone else and send it as a gift?
Yes, of course. Just follow the check out process and put in the delivery address of where you would like us to deliver. If you’d like to include a note, pop us a message, and we’ll add this to the order.
Why can’t I purchase less than six bottles?
All our mix cases are sized in multiples of six. Therefore we are currently unable to send out less than six bottles.
I want to order ten bottles, but I am unable to do this.
All our mix cases are sized in multiples of six. Therefore we can only offer full case orders.
I want to order two mix cases. Will I be charged twice for delivery?
No, the £5.99 shipping is a flat shipping rate. If you order more than one case, the price will still be £5.99
